The BYU Sensory Lab is always welcoming new clients to benefit from our facilities and our experiences. Here at BYU we are dedicated to providing clients with the flexibility, demographics, and accurate results they desire. The taste panels are run mainly by trained food science students. The sensory lab conduct approximately 100 panels per year and we are very experienced at what we do. Your product will be in good hands. Once requested, a panel can usually be conducted within two weeks.
